Frans has been in several CFO positions in wholesale, media, industry and ICT markets. Besides he holds positions as board advisor, owner, participant, and investor. This applies to listed companies, small & medium sized businesses, and family businesses. Frans has a special interest in wholesale and ICT environments.

Frans has established several companies in start-ups and growth situations and guides them into profitable growth but is also experienced in bad weather situations, reorganisations, managing on cash flow.

Frans is specialised in the financial part of deal making (M&A, JV, buy-out), and companies in distress, being in (urgent) need for professionalization, change, innovation, accelerating growth, or even a turnaround.

He likes complex situations where he can leverage his financial expertise. Frans is able to work across multiple organisational levels. Proficient in working with  diverse cultures; experienced across Europe.

Frans holds degrees in business economics & finance management.
